Welcome to iGrid

We are building and operating Connected Microgrids together with Utilities.

As a White Label Partner we develop digital solutions, operate Microgrids and organize the financing of capital assets. These include Photovoltaic and Fuel Cells for electricity generating buildings (eBuildings), batteries and Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations.

Our objective is to generate more renewable energy for eMobility and to provide EV charging opportunities in the countryside and urban periphery at shopping centers and other buildings. We maximize self supply and optimize Demand Management in coupling electricity, heating and mobility systems. Thereby, our local iGrids will offload national grids from decentrally generated energy bursts.

Private and commercial users as well as utilities and network operators will benefit from our solutions:

residential houses can save costs for electricity, heating and powering cars

shopping centers and corporate buildings can provide EV charging to customers and employees

utilities can provide full services for electricity, heat and eMobility, generate new natural gaz customers and reduce power peaks

national grids will reduce Redispatch cost and will stabilize their networks.

For Financing and Operating local iGrids we are establishing Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) that are financed by Private Equity funds. Local Utility Partners can take a share in these SPVs together with iGrid Holding. In addition, owners of buildings equipped with systems supplied by iGrid can participate in the SPV.

We will initiate our business with two pilot installations at shopping centers and with a large industrial battery for regulation energy. Stay tuned for further information...
